Client: Razmyaran Co.
In this project, we successfully renovated and upgraded the final precision dimensional quality control machine for the XU7 connecting-rod. Our team designed and implemented a new PC-based system alongside upgraded software to measure all critical dimensional quality control parameters using 16 LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transformers).
This upgraded machine ensures that every produced connecting-rod is thoroughly measured and sorted according to its quality grade, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The final system was delivered to the client after receiving SAPCO approval in 2006, reinforcing our commitment to providing high-quality, reliable solutions for the automotive manufacturing industry
Project: Renovation and Upgrade of Precision Dimensional Quality Control System for EF7 Crankshaft
Client: Tivan Co.
In this ongoing project, we are renovating and upgrading the precision dimensional quality control system for the EF7 crankshaft. Our team is designing and implementing a new PC-based system along with upgraded software to accurately measure all dimensional quality control parameters using 70 LVDTs (Linear Variable Differential Transformers).
This advanced system will measure critical parameters of the crankshaft, including the main bearing journals, crankpin journals, flywheel flange, and crank nose. The project is currently in progress and is scheduled for delivery to the client after obtaining SAPCO approval in 2025.
Project: Design and Implementation of Control and Monitoring System for Honing Machine of XU7 Cylinder Block
Client: Iran Khodro Co.
In this project, we designed and implemented a new control and monitoring system for the honing machine used in the production line of XU7 engine blocks. The honing process polishes the inside of the cylinder caps in two steps, with each step requiring specialized tools. These tools need to be controlled in three directions: rotation, expansion, and oscillation.
• Expansion control is handled by a stepper motor.
• Rotation control is managed by a 4.5 kW AC motor.
• Oscillation control is achieved through a servo valve.
The control system was designed and implemented using PLC S7 300 (315-2DP), while the monitoring system was developed on the MP270B touch panel for real-time oversight.
This project was successfully delivered to the client in 2006, demonstrating our expertise in designing sophisticated control systems for precision manufacturing equipment.
Project: Design and Manufacturing of Rollover Machine for EF7 Engine Assembly Line
Client: Iran Khodro Co.
In this project, we designed and manufactured a rollover machine for the EF7 engine assembly line. The rollover machine is essential for turning the engine during the assembly process, enabling the assembly of remaining parts by rotating the engine in two different directions.
The control system for this machine was developed using a PLC S7, and the monitoring system was designed with an OP270 panel for seamless oversight and operation.
This project was successfully delivered to the client in 2007, showcasing our capability in designing and manufacturing specialized machinery for assembly lines.
Project: Design and Implementation of Data Acquisition and Monitoring System
Client: Gas Turbine Laboratory of Sharif University of Technology
In this project, we designed and implemented a PC-based data acquisition and monitoring system for a Gas Turbine test. During turbine testing, a variety of critical parameters, including temperatures, pressures, thrust, fuel flow, electro pump current, and motor speed, must be collected, saved, and monitored to assess the turbine’s performance.
The system was developed with a robust operator panel for ease of use and real-time data monitoring. This data acquisition solution helped streamline the collection and analysis of test results.
This project was successfully delivered to the client in 2010, showcasing our expertise in creating reliable monitoring systems for complex testing environments.
